Well I’ve made it this far, I’ve logged an activity on strava every day this month. Some haven’t been that far, just enough to break a sweat so I could keep the initial shock of daily exercise under control.
I’ve tried to complete a challenge like this before, marcothon, where you have to run a minimum of 5k or for half an hour each day in December. I made it to day 13 and had such bad shin splints my legs were in agony when I walked, not good so had to pull out. It was in a time where I was carrying a few more kilos though! About 7 of them!

I’ve managed to get out in the real world a couple of times but zwift is helping me nail this challenge. Especially when I have to fit the rides in a 5:30am before I’m off to work!
Well it’s 11 days down and 20 to go! Lets go for it!
