Yesterday was the final reconnaissance ride for the inaugural Christchurch vintage cycle ride, of which I shall be taking part as marshall.
With the final check of the route, including a couple of edits since the last reccy to make the route even better, we are now ready to roll vintage style!
The other thing that needed sampling and finalising was the on day refreshments, and I can certainly vouch for the quality of the sandwiches. But then they are being made in the captains club kitchen!
With ticket sales for the event going more than well you will need to get yourselves over to Christchurch vintage ride and book in advance! Here’s to a bicycle ride with style!
